1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting a Day Pass or membership inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Day Pass Program

The free Day Pass is offered at no cost to prospective members as a one-time trial experience. It is subject to availability and scheduling by Graves Golf Club staff. Day passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who submitted the request. Graves Golf Club reserves the right to decline or revoke a Day Pass at its sole discretion.

3. Membership

Membership pricing, terms, initiation fees, and availability are subject to change without notice. The waived initiation fee promotion is limited to the next 23 members at the time of enrollment and may expire at any time. Monthly dues are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Graves Golf Club reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of club rules or these Terms.

4. Facility Rules & Conduct

All members and guests are expected to follow posted facility rules, treat staff and fellow members with respect, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the standards of Graves Golf Club. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Golf and related activities involve inherent physical risks. By participating in any activity at Graves Golf Club, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to injury from golf balls, equipment, or course conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graves Golf Club and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our facilities or website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Graves Golf Club and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or facilities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
